Senior People Partner, Technology & Product (AI)

What you will do

• Redesign R&D organization structures, team topology, and ways of working for an AI-accelerated environment.
• Translate AI-driven changes into practical decisions about roles, skills, productivity, and team composition.
• Rebuild performance, hiring, onboarding, merit, and talent systems to improve speed and relevance for engineering and product teams.
• Identify future capabilities and align talent planning with upcoming technology and business needs.
• Help leaders make faster decisions in ambiguity while building effective, sustainable teams.
• Use data and judgment to strengthen collaboration, creativity, trust, and organizational performance.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with R&D or engineering teams.
• Experience contributing to meaningful organizational transformation.
• Ability to redesign core HR systems when existing processes do not fit the business.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work.
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments where clarity develops over time.
• Belief that People functions are a core driver of business performance.
