Senior People Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

A cybersecurity product company is developing an agentic-first platform for endpoint visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools.

What you will do

• Partner with go-to-market leaders across Sales, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams on organizational, talent, and leadership priorities.
• Translate go-to-market strategy and business needs into people and organizational decisions.
• Build onboarding, manager routines, performance, development, and employee lifecycle practices from the ground up.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, team structure, and the scaling of the go-to-market organization.
• Coach leaders and managers while providing candid feedback and leadership development support.
• Drive performance, talent, retention, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including meaningful partnership with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success organizations.
• Experience supporting senior go-to-market leaders in a fast-growing technology company.
• Strong understanding of how go-to-market organizations operate and scale.
• Experience with organizational design, performance management, talent planning, and employee relations.
• Strong business acumen, independent judgment, and a hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment.
