Product Manager - Digital Brokerage Experience (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $96,100–$135,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Build and continuously improve a native digital brokerage experience for customers managing investments.
• Own customer journeys for portfolio and account views, positions, performance, balances, securities research, trading, and order tracking.
• Identify opportunities to increase brokerage adoption, engagement, retention, and customer value using behavioral data and customer feedback.
• Support brokerage experiences for both retail investors and Self-Directed Brokerage Accounts within employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Partner with design, engineering, research, operations, business, legal, and compliance teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver products.
• Measure usability, customer satisfaction, digital behavior, and business impact through research, experimentation, and post-launch optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of product management or directly relevant digital product experience.
• Experience building consumer-facing digital products, preferably in financial services, fintech, investing, retirement, or another complex digital product environment.
• Strong product judgment, analytical skills, prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience defining product requirements, shaping customer journeys and information architecture, and using quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize opportunities.
• U.S. work authorization is required, and employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital brokerage, investing, trading, portfolio, account opening, funding, or investment discovery experiences.
• Experience with Self-Directed Brokerage Accounts or brokerage capabilities within employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Experience with brokerage infrastructure, clearing, or custody providers such as Pershing.
• Experience integrating investing with retirement, financial planning, advice, banking, or wealth management products.
• Experience working in regulated financial services with legal, compliance, risk, or operations teams.
