Senior Product Manager (Capital Markets)

Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD annually for Zone 1 locations. The role is also eligible for bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for IPO Access, Robinhood Ventures, or single-asset private offerings.
• Lead 0-to-1 product launches, including in-app private-asset investing experiences and discovery surfaces for private markets.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into clear and dependable customer experiences.
• Build relationships with issuers, underwriters, fund administrators, and infrastructure vendors to deliver shared products.
• Use research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide product decisions and evaluate results.
• Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and product reasoning to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping high-quality consumer or consumer fintech products.
• Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products at scale beyond prototypes and pilots.
• Experience with complex financial products and regulated-product stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale products with third-party partners.
• Strong product judgment, strategic planning, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, or ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with private markets or alternative investments, including closed-end funds, BDCs, interval funds, SPVs, Reg D offerings, or the IPO/ECM process.
