TL;DR
Product Manager (Fintech): Owning money movement and custodial integration data pipelines for wealth management products with an accent on roadmap strategy, API integrations, and cross-functional feature delivery. Location: Hybrid work schedule near the Charlotte, NC office; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 base salary annually, plus variable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

  • Own data pipelines and feature groups for money movement and custodial integration products.
  • Develop product agendas, quarterly roadmaps, and engineering-ready backlogs.
  • Write RFCs, user stories, technical requirements, and initial user experience designs.
  • Specify platform components, coordinate work across teams, and manage priorities and capacity.
  • Use analytics, customer feedback, and comprehensive test plans to guide product decisions.
  • Lead planning, prioritization, stakeholder updates, feature demonstrations, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Experience working with custodians, financial institutions, external providers, and their APIs.
  • Understanding of money movement applications, transaction processing, status tracking, reconciliation, and backend integrations.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, APIs, system integrations, agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and QA teams while managing multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
