Associate Product Manager (New Grad, Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, California, or New York, New York; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Salary: $130,000–$130,000 USD base pay, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing to understand customer needs.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and user expectations.
• Represent the product and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
• Lead product launches, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure engagement, adoption, and product success.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027, studying engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Leadership and communication skills, with experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and interest in fintech, financial products, markets, and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Internship or co-op experience in fintech or technology.
