Supply Chain Planning Analyst (SAP)

Location: Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Design PFEP and establish strategies for effective material flow and timely replenishment.
• Lead end-to-end supply-chain process improvement initiatives and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Maintain SAP WM and IM applications, standard work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse layouts.
• Develop and document robust standard work instructions aligned with SOX controls.
• Collaborate with master planning, warehouse planning, packing engineering, distribution, and other cross-functional departments.
• Support distribution needs involving pricing quotations and supplier selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, scientific data analysis, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics management, project management, process improvement, analytical thinking, decision-making, problem solving, and supply-chain management.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools, including Power BI, Microsoft Project, Planner, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; AutoCAD knowledge is also relevant.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, and domestic relocation assistance is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation technologies, digitalization, software development, robotics, or artificial intelligence.
