Logistics Coordinator (Network Management Center)

What you will do

• Track and trace customer shipments, bookings, and critical logistics movements.
• Provide oversight for aircraft-on-ground, temperature-controlled, and other specialized shipments.
• Coordinate proactively with hirify.global districts, service providers, and customers internationally.
• Deliver timely and accurate transportation visibility and exceptional customer service.
• Develop subject-matter expertise for assigned customer accounts and ensure high service execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Fluent English and Spanish required for applications in Mexico.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of logistics-related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products or data and visualization tools such as Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
• Ability to present and communicate work to stakeholders, team members, and decision-makers.

Nice to have

• Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics.
• IATA, FIATA, or MITX qualifications.
