Pricing & Contracts Analyst

Location: Bucharest, Romania; Iasi, Romania; or remote within Romania. The schedule must partially overlap with US East Coast business hours (EST/EDT).

What you will do

• Analyze client requirements and system configurations to calculate financial components for contracts and proposals.
• Manage change orders from the initial request through approval, execution, signature, and filing.
• Enter study specifications into budget calculators and prepare or customize change orders and budget summaries.
• Ensure pricing and financial terms align with customer master agreements and approved templates.
• Lead change order alignment calls and coordinate delivery with Project Teams and Finance.
• Coordinate with Legal and customers on changes to legal terms and incorporate feedback into contract drafts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on pricing and contract review.
• Strong understanding of contract processes and strategies, with hands-on pricing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, plus familiarity with CRM and Salesforce.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, accountable, and able to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, Project Teams, and customers.
