Operations Manager, Pricing Management (Web3)

Location: Remote from Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Oversee daily pricing operations, product metrics, admin settings, and related IT systems and automation.
• Investigate root causes of special cases and technical pricing issues, collaborating with internal teams and partners.
• Analyze and improve pricing-related business processes and assess their impact on channel revenue.
• Test pricing hypotheses and perform competitive analysis.
• Monitor costs, margins, profit, and other financial metrics against defined targets and boundaries.
• Maintain product documentation and reporting, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations management, project management, consulting, audit, fintech, product, or science.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and basic business metrics.
• Experience with database engines and dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge, plus strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Confident spoken and written English and Russian are required.

• Experience in a transactional business, such as payment processing.
