Director Finance and Controlling Production (F/M/D)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD annually, plus potential performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Manage P&L, working capital, and liquidity for a strategically important production entity.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making and country or cluster strategy.
• Monitor performance, risks, and opportunities across profit, working capital, and cash metrics.
• Prepare plans and forecasts and lead operating-plan simulations covering the P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity.
• Ensure local business practices align with financial, legal, and corporate principles.
• Manage local and corporate projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive business controlling experience in manufacturing or production.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, product costing, process modeling, and evaluating business decisions against KPIs.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and a solid understanding of operational processes.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools and technologies.
• Previous sales or commercial finance experience.
