Director, Financial Planning (Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based out of a hirify.global office in the United States; primary location listed as New York City, NY

Salary: $165,400–$295,600 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead senior managers and financial professionals across multiple financial planning departments.
• Oversee strategic financial planning and organizational financial management.
• Direct analysis of advanced financial data, emerging trends, and business performance.
• Develop and present high-level financial reports to executive leadership.
• Create, implement, and optimize financial strategies and models.
• Partner with executives and lead initiatives that drive significant financial and business impact.

Requirements

• Experience providing senior leadership to high-level professionals and teams.
• Expertise in interpreting complex financial data and developing strategic financial plans.
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
• Experience improving financial models, organizational performance, and strategic outcomes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from a U.S. office location.
