Director - Global Shared Services, Finance (SAP)

Location: Remote within the United States with travel to Wisconsin; candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. hirify.global does not hire candidates residing in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wyoming.

Salary: $166,400–$216,850 annually

What you will do

• Lead global shared services operations across Hire to Retire, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Direct global payroll activities for hourly plant employees, union labor, shift-based operations, and salaried staff.
• Develop and execute the shared services strategy in alignment with Finance and HR objectives.
• Oversee SLAs, KPIs, quality, operating budgets, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize workflows, improve processes, and implement automation and robotics to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and IT on system improvements, root-cause analysis, M&A integration, new market entry, and global expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in information technology, finance, or human resources within a global shared services function.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and knowledge of RPA technologies.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.
• Residence in an eligible US state is required; travel to Wisconsin is expected.
