Senior Systems Engineer (LabVantage LIMS)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration.

Salary: $145,900–$234,200 per year, plus potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Act as the senior systems expert for the LabVantage LIMS solution.
• Lead and deploy small and medium-sized continuous improvement projects across laboratory systems.
• Support large cross-functional projects and collaborate with business stakeholders and internal digital teams.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations with MES, SAP, LIMS, and potentially eQMS.
• Provide Level 2/3 LIMS application support, including version control, upgrades, patching, deployments, and maintenance.
• Contribute to the integrated digital laboratory systems strategy, demand management, business cases, risk resolution, and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of LabVantage LIMS development experience required.
• Experience as a functional LIMS expert, preferably with LabVantage, in a GxP environment focused on GMP.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and relevant work experience.
• Working understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations and practices.
• Understanding of computer systems validation practices and GAMP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional, matrixed teams.
