Principal Analyst, Project Portfolio Management Technology (Biotech)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid: remote work up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Base salary: $142,800–$214,200 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and deliver technology capabilities aligned with business strategy.
• Evaluate, select, implement, enhance, and maintain commercial and custom technology solutions.
• Provide technology insights that improve business processes and operating efficiency.
• Develop long-term lifecycle plans for system maintenance and management.
• Manage relationships with strategic software vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, and quality assurance groups to meet regulatory and change management requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• Six years of relevant business systems experience in the life sciences industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of project management, business analysis, solution design, delivery, and testing.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects with global stakeholders and building alignment with business partners.
• Strong system lifecycle, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with IT managed services or outsourced/offshore teams, Microsoft Project Server, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Agile methodology.
