Auto Loan Servicing Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Phoenix, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Answer customer questions and process service requests by phone and email.
• Complete welcome calls for new customers and handle billing, payment, and account-status concerns.
• Document customer interactions accurately across communication channels.
• Investigate servicing problems, find resolutions, and help customers overcome payment objections.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, training, and development.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and strong quality assurance results.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• At least one year of auto servicing or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft cloud products and Google Workspace.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
