Home Loan Servicing Representative I (Mortgage)

Location: 1620 N Signal Dr, Liberty Lake, WA 99019, USA. The role is office-based and may be temporarily assigned to other locations.

Salary: $20.42–$28.58 per hour

What you will do

• Support members and internal teams with mortgage and home equity servicing requests through phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Manage payment maintenance, payoff quotes and processing, lien releases, automatic payments, payment corrections, and general loan maintenance.
• Maintain accurate title, Deed of Trust, collateral, escrow, and insurance records, including coordination with third-party vendors.
• Perform quality-control audits on newly funded loans, verify loan setup, process third-party disbursements, and prepare insurance payments.
• Process reports, workflows, shared inbox messages, and mail while meeting service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, workflow experiments, job shadowing, departmental projects, and team coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of member service experience in a financial institution, or at least one year of hands-on home loan lending experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in lending processes.
• Working knowledge of mortgage collateral and consumer protection requirements, including FCRA, SCRA, and CFPB guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented office environment and regularly communicate by phone and operate a computer.

Nice to have

• Experience with Finastra Phoenix.
• Working knowledge of loan collateral and consumer protection laws.
