Sr Consumer Loan Service Delivery Representative (Consumer Lending)

What you will do

• Provide expert member service by phone and email across consumer lending call queues.
• Originate, process, and fund consumer loans, including gathering documents, entering data, and confirming processing timelines.
• Prepare loans for funding and verify documentation, terms, and signatures.
• Handle escalated loan denials, complex product questions, servicing requests, and advanced member situations.
• Communicate loan decisions, provide consultative financial guidance, and advocate for reconsideration when appropriate.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, coaching, call monitoring, and service improvement activities for teammembers.

Requirements

• Onsite role in Riverside, California
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Expert proficiency with consumer loan systems and tools.
• Deep understanding of teammember workflows, consumer lending products, servicing, and DMV transactions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, decision-making, compliance, and problem-solving skills.
