Customer Service Specialist (Fintech)

Salary: $18–$21/Hour

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and collect payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure fast and accurate resolution of customer issues.
• Perform outbound collection calls for agency-specific loans including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA.
• Process routine to complex customer transactions, account maintenance, and payoff requests.
• Assist with annual escrow analysis and the preparation of year-end statements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
• Ability to handle prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience specifically in mortgage customer service.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other additional languages.
