Distribution Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, unloading, picking, packing, replenishment, staging, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate staffing, work schedules, workflows, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Manage customer accounts, address complex service issues, coordinate new accounts, and support quality management reviews.
• Oversee order processing, delivery documentation, inventory records, physical counts, and cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze production metrics, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safe, secure, clean, and compliant warehouse operations, including the proper use of material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• Four years of industry-specific knowledge.
• Knowledge of inventory management and accounting.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to work autonomously.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, communication, conflict-resolution, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build an effective team environment and respond constructively to feedback.
