Audit Quality Lead (AI)

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Flatiron office). In-person team, five days a week.

Compensation: $180,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the audit quality framework within hirify.global to ensure agent outputs meet professional standards.
• Collaborate with major accounting firms to integrate their specific methodologies into the platform.
• Partner with product and ML teams to define agent behavior and audit capabilities.
• Represent the company in discussions with national offices and quality leaders.
• Translate evolving professional standards into actionable updates for the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in audit, including end-to-end engagement management at a large firm.
• Experience in a national office, professional practice, or methodology group.
• Proven ability to translate audit standards into usable manuals, templates, or platform content.
• CPA license required.
• Strong communication skills for briefing leadership and defending methodology approaches.
