Senior Manager, IT Internal Audit (AI)

Salary: $123,400–$223,100 USD annually, depending on zone

What you will do

• Own assigned technology internal audit projects, including timelines, resources, conclusions, and observations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SOX technology compliance across cloud, SaaS/PaaS, on-premises, and multiple business environments.
• Drive delivery of the internal audit plan in line with methodology, quality standards, and performance indicators.
• Partner with process owners, co-sourcing partners, external auditors, and senior Accounting, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Help improve consistency, efficiency, and quality across the SOX program and manage special audit projects.
• Develop an AI systems audit methodology and deliver AI-enabled audit efficiencies while maintaining independence and reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing and testing SOX controls in a disciplined organization.
• Experience with systems across cloud, SaaS/PaaS, or on-premises environments and reliance on SOC 1/SOC 2 reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of SOX and audit methodologies, risk management, ITGCs, ITACs, controls design, testing, and remediation.
• Experience auditing or using LLMs and other AI systems, including contributing to an AI audit or governance framework.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, analytical, collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills.
