Staff Integrations and AI Engineer (Order-to-Cash)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York office, United States

Salary: $155,000–$235,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

hirify.global’s GTM Business Systems function supports Order-to-Cash operations across sales, finance, fulfillment, billing, and revenue processes.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of integrations between Salesforce, finance systems, fulfillment systems, vendors, and enterprise platforms.
• Translate requirements from Deal Desk, Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing, Revenue, and GTM Business Systems stakeholders into technical designs and data flows.
• Build Salesforce integrations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, SOQL, Bulk API, and Salesforce security capabilities.
• Develop REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and GraphQL integrations and orchestrate workflows with Workato, Oracle EBS, and Workday Financials.
• Design API-based automations that incorporate AI capabilities while maintaining security, reliability, and operational controls.
• Own monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, production support, release-impact analysis, documentation, test plans, and deployment runbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on integration development experience focused on Salesforce, Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience leading integration delivery from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Practical expertise with Workato, SOQL, Bulk API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Salesforce security, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Solid understanding of Opportunity Management, Quoting, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Billing data domains.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer-service, data-quality, security, and reliability skills.
• Ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment and manage concurrent initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-enabled workflows through APIs and integrating AI services safely into business processes.
• Experience with Claude Code, command-line tooling, or developer productivity automation.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country finance and sales environments.
• Current or prior Workato certification.
