Consumer Experience Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Work at Home in Louisiana, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $59,300–$80,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Improve interactions between hirify.global and its members.
• Use voice-of-the-customer, NPS, root-cause analysis, call listening, and member experience design tools.
• Identify and eliminate friction points in the member experience.
• Recognize automation and optimization opportunities and communicate improvement ideas.
• Interpret assignments and align work with department, segment, and organizational strategies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of consumer operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Ability to interpret assignments and understand department strategy.
• Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
• Remote work requires a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicaid.
• Bachelor's degree.
