Provider Success Associate (Mental Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $93,000–$106,400 annual total cash, including base salary and bonus; equity offered

What you will do

• Manage an individual portfolio of mental healthcare providers and build trusted relationships.
• Understand provider goals, remove barriers, and identify opportunities to grow their practices.
• Use data and key metrics to drive provider engagement, retention, and growth.
• Apply consultative problem-solving and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve the provider experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a similar field.
• Experience in an external customer-facing role requiring clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a cross-functional professional environment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience independently managing an individual book of business with strong organizational skills.
• Experience understanding, interpreting, communicating, and influencing key metrics.
• Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.

Nice to have

• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
