What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking, financial transaction, and retail lending solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through ecosystem partnerships and community relationships.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing operational risk.
• Support daily branch operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, military service, and experience may be considered. No degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, prospecting, selling, retail lending, and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, not required.
• Must work in-office at the Temple South branch in Temple, Texas.
