What you will do

• Build, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach, needs assessments, and consultative sales conversations.
• Recommend financial products and services and educate clients on mobile, online, ATM, and other digital banking solutions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine financial center transactions accurately.
• Manage lobby activity, maintain a positive client experience, and monitor client behavior and potential risk indicators.
• Refer clients to mortgage, business banking, and investment partners for specialized needs.
• Develop the sales pipeline, support branch growth, participate in community outreach, and uphold compliance and security standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of sales, client service, or retail experience required; banking experience is preferred.
• Ability to build and expand client relationships and navigate multiple banking systems and digital tools.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 is required; employment is contingent on successful registration and a background check.
• Ability to work financial center hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as required.
• Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and lift or carry approximately 50 pounds when required.
