Relationship Banker (Banking)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States; branch-based work with possible support for nearby branches

Salary: $38,250–$61,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve performance goals.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk and fraud prevention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or at least 12 months of relevant retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, consultative sales, and influence skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, ability to use digital tools, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship; availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
