Construction Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas or Denver, Colorado, United States. Ability to travel approximately 40% is required.

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and server move-in.
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, safety, site logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical installation, HVAC distribution, offices, finishes, site improvements, and turnover to operations.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality assurance, quality control, safety, building code, permitting, and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, commissioning teams, the general contractor, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience; base-build and tenant-improvement experience preferred.
• Experience with civil engineering and site improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera or MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Strong vendor management, scheduling, communication, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience managing project scopes exceeding $100 million.
• Lean construction or sustainability experience.
• Heavy MEP or electrical systems background.
