Quality Control Manager (Construction)

Location: United States, Colorado, Lakewood; initially based in Denver, Colorado

Salary: $92,000–$134,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Manage project quality control plans in accordance with contract requirements.
• Execute the three phases of quality control and perform daily quality inspections.
• Coordinate required testing with superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
• Track deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and conduct follow-up inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional construction experience.
• At least one year in a management role on commercial construction projects with quality control oversight.
• Current C-QCM certification required at the time of hire.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Newforma.
• Independent proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to use Bluebeam Revu or similar software and manipulate PDF documents and drawings.

Nice to have

• Experience as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects.
• Knowledge of UFGS specifications, quality control plans, and federal construction requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
