Director of Product Management (AI/ML)

Location: Remote within the United States; preference for the East Coast

Enterprise application security organization providing a cloud-native platform for securing applications, cloud environments, software supply chains, and AI-generated code.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the application security engine portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing product management team across multiple domains.
• Set measurable business outcomes for detection quality, performance, accuracy, scale, and trust.
• Partner with R&D, Research, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align delivery and go-to-market execution.
• Use customer, market, and competitive insights to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Engage enterprise customers, C-level stakeholders, analysts, and industry audiences to validate strategy and resolve critical escalations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading product teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Proven success launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise security products.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, lean principles, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, C-level stakeholders, and technical users.
• Strong perspective on AI/ML product development and familiarity with data, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
