Technical Implementation Manager (Healthtech)

Location: Remote (US), with an office in NYC.

What you will do

• Rank incoming implementation requests by impact and launch dates to prioritize team efforts.
• Manage the full lifecycle of clinic onboarding from initial call to live status.
• Define project scope, schedules, and ownership to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate clear communication and handoffs between engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks to prevent project delays.
• Refine implementation playbooks and provide feedback to engineering on recurring product gaps.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience managing complex technical or implementation projects.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Strong triage judgment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous launches.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the US.

• Background in healthcare data or health-tech.
• Hands-on experience with EHRs or clinical systems.
