Senior Manager, Provider Experience and Clinical Transformation (Digital Health)

Location: Remote - US

Total compensation: $140,000–$160,000 per year, potentially including base salary, bonus or variable pay, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Set the implementation function up for future growth using evidence-based implementation science methodologies.
• Lead end-to-end implementations for health systems and provider organizations, from sales partnership and scoping through launch, stabilization, and handoff to Customer Success.
• Design provider workflows for prescribing, ordering, patient communication, activation, and billing of prescription digital treatments.
• Train providers and practice staff and monitor partnerships using data-driven success measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate technical integrations and external partners, and proactively manage implementation risks.
• Maintain project documentation and report implementation performance to clients and senior management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare implementation or operations experience, including management of complex projects.
• Degree in business, project management, healthcare, public health, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Experience implementing billing and revenue cycle workflows, including charge capture, claims submission, and payer coordination.
• Working knowledge of payer reimbursement policy, HCPCS/CPT procedure coding, and appeals processes.
• Experience working with health system IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams on requirements such as HL7 interfaces, SFTP file exchange, and contract review.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder relationship skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Current or former healthcare or behavioral health license, such as LCSW, LPC, psychologist, PNP, PA, or MD.
• Experience training healthcare providers on digital health or medical devices.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, sleep medicine, or behavioral health.
• Master's degree and experience with project management software and tools.
