Technical Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

Location: Hybrid in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States; company headquarters in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise IT initiatives supporting healthcare systems and business operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, architecture, infrastructure, development, project, and executive stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Review technical and architectural designs for scalability, resilience, and supportability.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, change requests, and project health.
• Prepare governance materials, dashboards, status reports, risk logs, executive briefings, and corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years managing projects from initiation through implementation.
• 5+ years managing large-scale, enterprise-wide IT projects and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience developing project documentation, requirements, schedules, status reports, testing strategies, and remediation plans.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and enterprise application delivery.

Nice to have

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid projects.
• Experience delivering AI or emerging technology initiatives.
• Healthcare, Medicaid, MassHealth, or public-sector experience.
• Knowledge of government security and regulatory requirements and experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
