Product Manager, Parcel Management (SaaS)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for parcel management solutions.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, data standards, legislation, and competitive insights into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering to convert strategy into user stories, features, technical priorities, and Agile backlog execution.
• Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, customer outcomes, demonstrations, positioning, and launches.
• Build data-driven business cases and use analytics, AI, customer insights, and data-quality metrics to improve prioritization and user experience.
• Represent the product at customer meetings, assessor and GIS conferences, user groups, and industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, workflow automation, or business process software.
• Experience translating customer and data-workflow needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
• Experience with parcel management, property assessment or taxation, cadastral GIS, land records, public records access, or related local government technologies is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures, including .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL, plus cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Understanding of Angular or React, user experience principles, product and data-quality metrics, and Agile tools such as Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
