Reinstatement Manager (Utilities)

What you will do

• Conduct live quality audits, site safety audits, and post-reinstatement inspections across active sites.
• Monitor Street Manager reports, identify defects, and manage outstanding issues through resolution and closure.
• Ensure reinstatement works comply with NRSWA, SROH, and relevant HSEQ standards.
• Carry out joint site walks with Highway Inspectors and work with authorities to address concerns.
• Report on reinstatement performance, risks, and trends while supporting continuous improvement.
• Contribute to pre-construction planning by identifying risks and advising on best practice.

Requirements

• Experience in reinstatement, highways, or utilities environments.
• Strong knowledge of NRSWA and SROH requirements.
• Experience conducting quality and safety audits and managing defect workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills when working with local authorities and highway inspectors.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards.
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation and a full UK driving licence are essential.
