TL;DR
Senior DevOps (Azure): Designing and maintaining Azure infrastructure for enterprise data platforms with an accent on Terraform, Databricks, CI/CD automation, and governance. Focus on provisioning secure, scalable multi-subscription environments, integrating data workloads, and improving infrastructure reliability through scripting and observability.

What you will do
- Design, version, and automate Azure infrastructure for Data Lake environments, Databricks workspaces, networking, storage, Key Vaults, and private endpoints using Terraform.
- Maintain Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for infrastructure deployment, notebooks, and data jobs.
- Provision and configure Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, and tasks through infrastructure code and APIs.
- Develop Bash and Python automation, deployment, logging, and observability scripts.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, security, and architecture teams on compliance, governance, cost, and performance.
- Improve IaC standards, documentation, code reviews, naming and tagging conventions, and multi-subscription governance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Azure services including Resource Groups, Storage, Networking, Key Vault, RBAC, Policies, and Private Endpoints.
- Proficiency with Terraform modules, remote state management, workspaces, and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, YAML, tasks, variables, and gates.
- Experience with Git, GitOps, and CI/CD practices for infrastructure code.
- Ability to work across multiple Azure subscriptions while following naming, tagging, and cost-management standards.
- Advanced English skills are required for communication with an international client.
Nice to have
- Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or Terraform Associate certification.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or AKS, secret rotation, Service Principals, Managed Identities, and Key Vaults.
- Familiarity with DataOps, infrastructure-data integration, and automation of notebooks and data jobs.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, GitLab CI/CD, CloudWatch, or Dynatrace.
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as NLB, DNS, security groups, and WAF.
