Salary: $68,000–$102,000 base salary per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do
- Manage Talent Business Partner programs, projects, timelines, deliverables, and resource tracking.
- Identify department needs, analyze Talent and business objectives, and recommend process improvements.
- Support workforce planning cycles, including headcount file organization and Anaplan platform activities.
- Coordinate organizational change initiatives, Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts, meetings, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including calendar management, reports, presentations, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Support employee communications, benefits spotlights, audits, compliance checks, and data accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an FMCG or fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred, plus a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management, organizational, time management, communication, and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
