Senior HR Generalist (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, United States; on-site

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Lead market benchmarking, survey analysis, job matching, leveling, and internal equity work.
• Build compensation models for merit cycles, bonus pools, promotions, offers, and equity compensation.
• Create and maintain HR reporting and dashboards covering headcount, compensation analytics, and turnover.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Manage HR systems including ADP WFN, Ashby, and Lattice, supporting integrations, audits, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
• Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility and Immigration, Employee Relations, and Legal on HR service delivery and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations with substantial hands-on compensation experience.
• Experience with market benchmarking, survey data, salary structure design, job matching and leveling, internal equity analysis, and merit or bonus modeling.
• Solid understanding of equity compensation.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, including the ability to build compensation models.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as ADP WFN and Ashby.
