Jr. Licensing Associate

Location: Remote in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST during US business hours.

Salary: $400–$550 per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Review designs and proofs for licensing and brand guideline compliance.
• Decide when designs require revision and communicate changes clearly to Sales, customers, Campus Managers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate design fixes with the Art team.
• Submit proofs through licensing portals and track them through approval.
• Review licensor decisions, resolve issues, and escalate problems when needed.
• Support licensing administration, including order issue resolution, RFP coordination, royalty reporting, and demand flagging.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; strong learning ability is expected.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong reading comprehension.
• Highly organized when managing multiple submissions and proofs.
• Able to make sound decisions independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working under tight timelines and maintaining daily output and quality targets.
• Reliable computer or laptop, stable internet connection, working webcam, and microphone required.
