Legal Client Advisor (Remote PST)

Location: Remote, must be located in the PST time zone; company location: Milwaukee, WI, USA.

What you will do

• Lead case intake conversations with attorney clients.
• Analyze case theories and develop expert witness search strategies.
• Translate legal needs into actionable research parameters.
• Manage client engagements from intake through delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and resolve challenges proactively.
• Build trusted relationships with attorney clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• 1–3 years of client or customer service experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be located in the PST time zone.
