Salary: $86,000 - $108,000 USD

What you will do

  • Support end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats.
  • Manage day-to-day learning operations, including course setup, LMS content uploads, learner assignments, and reporting.
  • Partner with the Director of L&D and HR Business Partners to implement the enterprise learning roadmap.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality assurance and smooth program delivery.
  • Develop and execute communications to promote learning programs and drive employee engagement.
  • Integrate new learning technologies and generative AI tools to improve the learner journey.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering corporate learning programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Adobe Captivate and 360Learning are a plus).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
