Learning and Development Senior Associate

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid

Salary: $86,000–$108,000 USD per year, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats.
• Implement the learning roadmap with the Director of Learning & Development and align programs with business priorities.
• Manage LMS operations, including course setup, content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, communicating timelines, expectations, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop learning communications and contribute ideas that improve learner engagement and the hybrid learning experience.
• Analyze participation and completion data, recommend process improvements, and support new learning technologies and generative AI tools.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating and delivering learning or talent programs in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience supporting virtual, in-person, and eLearning programs.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors while managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with increasing ownership and autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Captivate or 360Learning.
