Senior Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico; frequent travel to support clients, prospects, and strategic sales engagements.

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions and identify business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Design enterprise payment solutions spanning multiple products and services.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value, ROI, and competitive advantages.
• Present solution recommendations to client executives and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, regional leadership, and third-party partners to win strategic opportunities.
• Develop value propositions, account plans, adoption strategies, implementation handoffs, and product-roadmap insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of subject-matter expertise in payments or financial technology.
• Experience in solutions consulting, business solutions management, presales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payment-industry practices, processes, and regulations.
• Ability to define complex technical solutions and business architecture, conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses, and deliver executive presentations.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal; strong project-management, analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
