Senior Technical Project Manager (IVR)

What you will do

• Lead client-facing communication, stakeholder expectations, trust, and delivery alignment.
• Own end-to-end delivery for technical projects involving speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions.
• Establish and improve project governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, analysts, vendors, Product Leads, and Technical Leads across business and technical workstreams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, delivery trade-offs, backlog prioritization, and delivery sequencing.
• Drive continuity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement based on client feedback and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar technical delivery leadership role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles.
• Experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development, systems integration, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, systems integration, and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and distributed teams in client-facing and outsourcing delivery environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and conflict-resolution skills for business and technical audiences.
