What you will do
- Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and monitor customer networks.
- Translate customer requirements into accurate configurations, network diagrams, and instructions.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex network issues.
- Provide remote support to onsite engineers during solution deployments.
- Own the delivery of project work packages and resolve deployment issues.
Requirements
- Existing or oainable Government Security Clearance and NPPV3.
- Network design, configuration, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience troubleshooting customer network deployments.
- Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, DrayTek, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba technologies.
- Cisco CCNP or other relevant vendor accreditations.
