What you will do
- Support the design, deployment, and daily management of corporate, datacenter, and cloud network infrastructure.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, WAN/LAN, VPN, firewall, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Support secure connectivity between datacenters, cloud environments, and global offices.
- Monitor network performance, plan capacity, and improve uptime and reliability.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, runbooks, change plans, and rollback procedures.
- Respond to escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support office buildouts, datacenter upgrades, cloud migrations, and occasional travel to global sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including enterprise and datacenter environments.
- Expert hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and wireless solutions; Palo Alto Networks firewalls and VPNs; SD-WAN; and network monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, ACLs, NAT, and enterprise network security.
- Experience diagnosing complex network issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or Azure networking, including VPCs, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Python scripting, ITIL change management, or network configuration automation.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, AWS Advanced Networking, or Azure Network Engineer Associate.
