Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Technology Lead - 12 month FTC (AI)

Location: Hybrid, UK-based; offices available in Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, London, and Salford.

Salary: £75,000–£80,000 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the Talent Acquisition technology strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with Media Tech and business stakeholders to design and implement recruitment technology solutions.
• Optimise and improve ATS, CRM, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment marketing platforms.
• Drive automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled innovation, and emerging technology adoption.
• Establish governance, standards, performance measures, data quality, compliance, security, and scalability for Talent Acquisition technologies.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition technology strategy, transformation, and optimisation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment marketing technologies.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change, including requirements gathering, business cases, roadmaps, vendor management, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across Talent Acquisition, HR, Technology, Procurement, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills using data and technology performance metrics.
• Applicants must be based in the UK for this hybrid role and must meet UK work eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, SmartRecruiters, or similar enterprise ATS platforms.
• Experience partnering with HR Technology, Product, or Engineering teams on people technology solutions.
