Senior Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid, with staff expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time

Salary: £75,000 annually / £75,000–£75,000 GBP per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination and complex scheduling, including changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Supervise scheduling automation, review its output, and decide when human intervention is required.
• Monitor recruiting pipelines, identify bottlenecks and capacity concerns, and recommend priorities.
• Own escalation paths for incomplete interview plans, delayed scorecards, and candidate decline patterns.
• Lead coordination projects from problem definition through adoption and coordinate coverage during absences and surges.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and provide clear updates throughout the process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting coordination experience in high-volume, complex scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and sound judgment about when to trust or override automated output.
• Experience owning and improving processes and leading projects with measurable impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent judgment, independent decision-making, professional communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
