TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (CRO) (digital healthcare): Designing acquisition surfaces, conversion components, clinical quizzes, and landing pages that help patients begin evidence-based treatment with an accent on clear communication, accessible visual craft, and trustworthy medical information. Focus on defining and measuring A/B tests, translating complex clinical content into human language, and optimizing high-stakes patient conversion flows.

Location: London, UK; hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the Old Street office. Work from anywhere is available for 3 weeks per year.

Company

hirify.global builds digital healthcare clinics and personalised care programs, including Juniper, a weight-management service combining medication, nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care.

What you will do

  • Own acquisition surfaces end to end, including landing pages, conversion components, templates, BMI calculators, clinical quizzes, and consult flows.
  • Design clear, credible arguments that help patients understand treatment options and take the first step.
  • Translate complex clinical information into accessible copy, visualisations, interactions, and progressive disclosure patterns.
  • Carry creative concepts from advertising through landing pages and post-conversion touchpoints.
  • Partner with CRO, product, commercial, engineering, and clinical teams to define hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results.
  • Improve patient acquisition while balancing conversion performance, clinical safety, accessibility, and trust.

Requirements

  • Typically 5–8 years of product design experience with conversion-focused design and A/B testing on acquisition surfaces.
  • Strong visual craft across typography, spacing, colour, motion, micro-interactions, and illustration.
  • Ability to simplify dense medical information without losing accuracy, detail, or patient trust.
  • Experience with problem definition, research, information architecture, UX writing, usability testing, and experimentation.
  • Accessibility-first judgement and systems thinking, including work with design-system primitives, reusable components, and templates.
  • Portfolio required, showing complex work, measurable outcomes, and testing that influenced results.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to prototype and test ideas in real code.
  • Experience designing for vulnerable users or emotionally significant decisions.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid work with a London office focused on collaboration and focused work.
  • Employee options program and competitive remuneration with government contributions.
  • Annual development budget and 3 days of professional development leave.
  • Private health insurance through Vitality or a monthly wellness allowance.
  • 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave, and 3 weeks of work-from-anywhere time per year.
  • Office socials, clubs, team dinners, after-school sport, and seasonal events.
