What you will do
- Lead complex product initiatives spanning multiple teams, customer journeys, and business priorities.
- Connect design decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes through research, analytics, and experimentation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Insights, and leadership to shape product direction and strategic decisions.
- Raise quality across interaction design, visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, and execution.
- Establish and improve responsible AI-assisted design workflows grounded in customer insight, design systems, accessibility, and engineering constraints.
- Coach and mentor designers through feedback, pairing, design critiques, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing complex digital experiences in cross-functional environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft, product and systems thinking, measurable customer impact, and design leadership.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, accessibility, prototyping, design systems, and product strategy.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Experience using qualitative research, quantitative data, and experimentation insights to shape product strategy and evaluate outcomes.
- Strong judgment in applying and validating AI-assisted workflows across discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, documentation, and design execution.
Nice to have
- Working familiarity with React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, component-based UI, layout systems, and native mobile constraints.
